Summary: My husband and I were looking for a fun place to get away with our adult children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren, ages 5-13. When I saw this cabin I knew it would be perfect and it was! From the 5 bedrooms with 2 having bunk beds, which the kids loved, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the living room with comfy leather couches & fireplace, to the decks with amazing views, hot tub, ping pong,table, fire table and more, to the game room with a pool table, indoor basketball game, air hockey and several gaming consoles the property was amazing!! The kids.. and adults never ran out of things to do. We played board games and cards at the large dining room table and ate delicious meals prepared by my Chef son-in-law there too. Our Bernadoodle loved running around the place and the fenced backyard was perfect for her potty needs. The owners of the property could not have been more helpful with more information about the cabin and surrounding attractions and roads than you could ever need. They supplied all the bedding, towels, kitchen ware, bathroom supplies and firewood needed. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. Many thanks to Michael & Karen for providing this lovely home for our family to create lifetime memories!

Summary: I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to comment on this beautiful mountain home. We were 14 people all family spent New Year’s in the mountains for a few days. The host was excellent in communication would typically text back fairly soon. I called him one time for an issue. He immediately picked up the phone and answered. Always took care of the issue. The property itself was described adequately in the listing. The hosted made online manuals and was very good about describing all the amenities and how to use them. Anyone who has a family and would like to spend some time in the mountains. This would be an excellent choice for them.

Summary: If you are looking for a place where the kids will be occupied and the adults can have their space this is the place. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of towels and sheets. Great grill on the upstairs deck. Loved the luggage racks in each room. Michael is very communicative. Lots of useful information regarding all the ins and outs of the house. Kitchen & main room are upstairs so that was a challenge bringing in groceries & coolers. The online pictures could be updated as there is wear and tear on the games and carpet and walls. Nothing too horrible. We had a great time even with the rooster crows in the early AM.

Summary: We had a 14 people (3 kids 11 adults) reunion at Big Bear, and we really enjoyed staying at the house. First of all, Michael the owner was super detail oriented and super communicative. Over the top communication from the start to the finish. He is probably the most responsive owner I've dealt with. The house is located NOT in the Big Bear Lake area, but in Big Bear CITY area. First time staying in the city as we usually stay at the lake area since we usually stay around Summit ski resort. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was so close to the slopes (only 8 minutes). It was a very convenient location and I like the fact that it wasn't on top of everything. As for the house, it has all the bedrooms downstairs (5) and the living space upstairs (open kitchen, dining, living room, and a separate game room). I really liked how the game room was separated, giving the kids a little separation from the adult crowd. Ample space for everyone. Never felt like it was crowded for the 14 of us. House is about 2600 SQ FT. Wish there was one more bathroom with a shower in one of the bedrooms. There is one hallway bath, a master bathroom, and a bathroom in the gameroom. It was a slight convenient for all of us to use the bathroom. We opened our master bath for others to use because the game room bathroom shower handle was broken and couldn't get any cold water. Plenty of entertainment stuff. My fav was the hot tub. House is a bit old, so the floor creaks.

Summary: We went for a mini high school reunion and had a very fun relaxing time. It was close enough to town and gave us all a gorgeous view of the forest. The game room was amazing! The pool table and basketball was definitely a favorite. Thank you for the experience and we hope to go back up to big bear another time!
