Summary: The way the house is laid out was perfect for 6 families with kids. Small kids could go to bed upstairs and everyone else could hang out on the first two floors. While not beachfront, it is about as close as you can come--such a short walk!!! The pool and patio was ideal for a large group as well. This was the perfect house!

Summary: We couldn't stop talking about how perfect the house, beach, and location was! This was the most "upscale" rental we have ever stayed in. The owners were responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed. There were tears when we left - we can't wait to visit again!

Summary: 6 couples enjoyed this property. We each had our own spacious room with en suite bath. The home was very clean and felt like a home… nicely decorated and furnished. The amenities that were helpful for a large group were 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, well stocked kitchen. Sue, the property owner, was very helpful and responsive. You can tell she takes pride in providing a quality rental home. The beach was amazing…seemed like we were there by ourselves. Water was clear. The only suggestion we have was to provide dressers in the bedrooms. Other than that A++. Thank you, Sue.
