Summary: A perfect home for extended family with every possible amenity you could wish for. Added onto that, is the fact that you are on the beach block, so...just steps to a beautiful family-friendly beach. The 'icing on the cake' is a huge front porch with both a large table that very easily accommodates 8 people PLUS an additional large seating area which was great for "happy hours". Lastly, access to the garage allowed us to store bicycles, strollers, beach cart and a treasure trove of sand castle building materials. My family will definitely rent this lovely home again!
