Staying in this property you will have an ideal location, you will be in a very quiet, familiar and typical neighbourhood where you will have two comfortable bedrooms; one of them with double bed, TV, closet, air conditioning, mirror and large window that gives brightness to the room; the other room has two single beds and a large window overlooking the outside and to take relaxing baths you will find a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The spacious and cosy living room with Smart TV is the ideal space to relax and watch your favourite series. In addition, the space is open and connected to the four-seater dining room and the kitchen that is fully equipped and refurbished for you to prepare your best recipes from the comfort of your new home. But that's not all! The apartment also has a balcony that includes an additional six-seat dining room from where you can take advantage of the perfect city weather and a spectacular swimming pool within the community.

The city has two train stations, the main one, "Benalmádena - Arroyo de la Miel" and is located in the urban center of Arroyo de la Miel, which is the center of the municipality. The other train station is called "Torremuelle" and is located in Benalmádena Costa. The line C1 of RENFE, has a route that covers the municipalities between Malaga and Fuengirola, passes through Benalmadena stopping at both stations. In addition, you will find several bus lines of easy access to move around the city and its surroundings.
