Positive: Location and property were great. Loved the in room washer and dryer and all the room for our family of 5 on a cross country college move in trek.

Negative: Having to turn in everything to front desk and take pictures and send it by 11 am was a pain especially getting the parking pass (just a piece of paper) out of the car first. Also was a hassle to go buy shampoo, conditioner and soap for both bathrooms. Would recommend you use refillable wall units for that like at hotels. We travelled to three different states this trip so were lugging around a lot of liquids.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable, great location. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Close to a couple of metro stations. Taxis on Lyft are also reasonable to get you to where you need to go Pool was great with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Negative: The bathrooms and kitchen were a little dated but didn't bother us. Could have been more kitchenware, not many glasses and if you wanted to properly self cater there wasn't much there.

Positive: Location was great, easy walk to two Metro stops and easy ride into DC. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The apartment was spacious, lots of closet space, 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths, and a washer/dryer. Perfect for 6. We found communication with the host agency easy (Diana), all our questions were answered quickly, and the staff manning the front desk of the apartment building were very helpful.
