The newly renovated holiday apartment is very spacious and has high quality furnishings (2 bathrooms, 2 satellite TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The rooms of the apartment are large, well-lit and each have access to the sunny panorama balcony. The apartment is located in an apartment complex together with other holiday apartments and communal gardens with a panorama view. Since the property is on the edge of Hafling and in the middle of green, it is located very idyllically and peacefully - directly by the house stunning paths begin. This location promises a beautiful, relaxing holiday. From the view balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the breathtaking view and the late sunsets - it is an unforgettable experience.
Recreation tips:: Beautiful hiking paths begin directly in front of the apartment. Only 500m away you will find an original stable for the famous Haflinger horses - here you can go on rides, guided riding hours or carriage rides. Directly above our city of Hafling you will find the famous ski and hiking paradise Meran 2000, it can be reached comfortably through a gondola. In one of the neighboring hotels you can take advantage of different wellness offers (pool, sauna, massage).
Access and location: Despite the spectacular location, our property can be reached by car very well. The driveway is a little traveled street and ends up as a dead end at the house. Parking spaces are available directly outside the front door. Since there is thus no through traffic, the location is very quiet and charming.

Summary: Our family with three kids (11, 12, 15) absolutely loved our Dec 2024 vacation in Avelengo-Hafling, and this apartment was a perfect base for exploration by rental car. Communication with Tatjana was clear, easy, and professional. The view of the mountains over the valley and above Merano is absolutely stunning. Apartment was clean, sizeable, quiet, and had plenty of hot water. Location was super convenient for skiing at Merano2000. We easily reached attractions, gas, groceries, and restaurants. We enjoyed Christmas markets and concerts in Bolzano, Merano, and other small towns. Truly a marvellous experience.

Summary: We enjoyed staying in the apartment, including the amazing view of the Merano valley and the Alps beyond. Lots of opportunities for hiking and day trips in the area. Good communication with the owner. The apartment is actually two linked apartments. Each has a bathroom, which is good, but the kitchen is divided between the two and otherwise has very little space for preparing food, which makes it somewhat impractical. There are two small and quite inefficient refrigerators (not much ice for your summer drinks), and in contrast to what it says on the website there is NO oven.
