Negative: Property maintenance. A huge list of issues was sent via email 3 times during our stay - including photos. We still have not received a response!

Positive: Fabulous location, just a short stroll to the supermarket, and high street and park. High street has great range of restaurants/take away outlets, a movie theatre and a nice park. Apartment has large sliding doors onto a decent size balcony with pleasant view across to Brisbane city. Nice facilities and decor.

Negative: 3pm is quite a late check-in time compared to other places we have stayed internationally. To make matters worse when we arrived just after 3 and accessed the property, it hadnt been cleaned/serviced since the last occupancy. Took absolutely ages trying to get hold of someone to talk to at the management company and we had to leave and wait until 4:30 to get in. Not a great start to our trip. Master bedroom is closest to a carpark and the high street and gets noise very early from delivery & rubbish trucks so if you're a light sleeper, dont expect a decent sleep in.
