Summary: This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall.

Summary: Great house and great space, we came out for a funeral and this was a wonderful place to be able to be.The backyard is amazing as well as the extra space in the basement. This was close to everything we needed and was jusr what we needed

Summary: We came to aim for Iowa State‘s spring graduation. Our group of 10 ranged from 21 to 78 years old. We had plenty of space and a great kitchen that made it easy to prepare a graduation brunch for close to 20 people. Jill was very easy to work with, and the backyard is fantastic.
