Summary: Very nice house and neighborhood. The kitchen lacks many things. The appliances are nice but not nearly enough cooking and eating utensils. There is no frying pan. Only three medium and one small pot. There are one six plates while the house sleeps 10. There is also only seating for six in eating area. Same problem with beverage containers. I own an STR and know it is a pain to keep things stocked but it is important for guests. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it. Just need to supply kitchen.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding. Venue was only 15 minutes away from house. Met our needs except for one. My handicapped mother can't go up and down stairs. Listing shows bedroom on ground floor which isn't accurate. She had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Suggest that the room setup as an office could be set up as a lower level bathroom to accommodate elderly people.
