Summary: This is a really good house and we enjoyed staying there. The small, fully fenced backyard was great for the smallest of our grandchildren and for our dog, and the small playground behind the house was great for the bigger grand kids. The block is really sweet, we walked around it several times. Food options are close, 12 South is a short drive, and lots of other Nashville things are very close. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs with one bath, so with eight of us (six of us staying upstairs and using the bath) it had a few moments of challenge, but overall, was a great option. It was clean, had most items we wanted/needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our stay was really nice and enjoyable! The host diligently made our stay here a weekend to remember. Our children graduation was only less than 10 minutes away, which was certainly a plus for us, considering we had elders parents traveling Overall, we appreciate everything our host provided with their beautiful home. Summary: This was the perfect place for 14 girls to stay at to celebrate a 40th birthday party. The house was in a great location, just outside the hussle and bussle of downtown. We felt very safe. The house was perfect and just what we needed. All 14 of us could take showers on the same day and still have enough hot water. Alyssa was very communicative and responded promptly to my messages. The house was equipped with all the essentials and there were enough sheets, blankets and towels for all. The house was very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: We loved our stay to celebrate Thanksgiving in Nashville! The house was great and a perfect location. We easily went to grocery stores, Broadway, and Gaylord Opry Resort. The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Our family enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Summary: House was a perfect size for us. Beds were comfortable, sheets super soft. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Loved that they had plenty of shampoo, body wash. The fridge in the garage with the leftover drinks from past guests was a great idea. Could use a deep clean but overall would stay here again.
