Positive: The Appartment was nice and clean and in a great part of NY

Negative: Having to climb up 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and only having one Key for the whole apartment.

Positive: I booked this place last minute, without any reviews yet which I usually don't do, but comparing pictures with Google / Apple Maps confirmed that the property is real. Also the host answered all my questions where I tried to find out if this is a scam or not. All in all, the place is amazing, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms in a great location, a rarity in NYC. Beds very comfortable, central AC (also very rare in an old building!), individually adjustable in every bedroom, top floor duplex (one of the bedrooms is upstairs, 2 downstairs.). Amazing view on Brookly Bridge (and FDR, but bedrooms are on the other, quiet side of the building). All in all, this stay was one of the best places I rented in NYC and I did rent a lot. Go for it if you get a good price.
