Baan Mairead is a well-appointed and spacious home at highly rated Railei Beach Club, 50m from Railay Beach.
Luxuriously furnished with 5 star bedding, it has all of the amenities including a chef's kitchen. This home is available as a 3 or 4 bedroom home.
The Main House (7M) that is included in this rate sleeps 6. It has a Master Bedroom a large bathroom with outdoor shower and another two separate bedrooms with a large shared outdoor bathroom. A large living room, covered and open deck area provides plenty of gathering space in all weather conditions.
There is a separate 1 bedroom attached 2-story Guest Wing, Baan Jay, that can also be rented for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Enquire for rates and availability for both.
The guest wing has a separate entrance, private deck, bedroom, and a large outdoor bathroom. On the ground level, there is a living room, dining area, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot water kettle, and sink. There are no cooking facilities in this guest wing.
This property is ideal for a large family or two families. The layout of the house allows for privacy but has plenty of common open-air space for gatherings.

Summary: The property is beautiful and the location is fantastic! The house is located in a quiet area, yet close to the walking street with lots of food and shops. Loved watching the sunsets on the beach! There were six of us traveling together and we would all go back in a heartbeat!

Summary: This home was very comfortable. The three separate bedrooms each had an air conditioner, which was nice to cool off. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful scenic beaches. Fun cooking class and longboat rides. We were glad to use the airport transfer offered by Railay Beach Resort. For A modest additional charge they let us have an hour to buy groceries at the Big C mega store in Krabi. We cooked most of our own meals and did not need anything from the local Railay Beach very limited grocery stores (aside from the delicious and highly recommended durian fruit popsicles! ) This place was just as I had hoped and I am very happy with our experience. Thailand is warm. I recommend checking on the usual climate with regard to temperatures and rainfall to time your trip properly.

Summary: Beautiful propriety and views! The place is so unique, and had everything we needed. No insect issue at all (I thought mosquitoes too). You can hear the waves and birds/animals in the morning. The manager/staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with checkin to check out. Would choose this place again in a heartbeat if we are ever back out in krabi.

Summary: The exquisite beach side Villa set against towering cliffs on a top-rated beach is only part of the picture. The service, food, and excursions complete the package. We fully enjoyed our stay and just wish had allocated more days at this location. We lived the private boat snorkeling and islands tour. Also, the in house chef option provided a favorite Thai meal.
