Positive: This apartment complex is walking distance to the stadium. Newer place. Clean and had everything we needed. Great communication from the management company. First floor apartment = no stairs with luggage

Negative: Location for us to park our car was not clear but was cleared up at the leasing office.

Negative: One of the bedroom windows did not lock. The window was replaced the next day. The unit was on the first floor. This is in one of the university’s apartments. Which would house four students in 4 rooms that lock from the inside. Two of the rooms are used for storage. We had to ask maintenance to open each room and check to make sure those windows were locked to make sure those rooms were secure. Being on the first floor we didn’t want any surprised visitors. There is a small hole in the shower by the shower head in one of the bath rooms. We avoided taking showers in that bathroom and sent pictures to management. The location is safe which is why I gave the rating I gave. The patio is not usable. No table or chairs. The grill shared grill is within walking distance. We stayed two weeks so we brought our own towels and sheets. We didn’t have to as they provided everything. We just preferred our own and didn’t use theirs. No mop, we bought one from dollar tree. Again we just wanted to make sure the floors were clean.

Positive: Location for me was perfect due to where I was working. There was easy access to the interstate and plenty of restaurants / grocery stores close by.

Negative: Only thing I didn’t care for, and its personal preference, the bed was hard. But maybe I’m picky.

Positive: I really liked the location, and the beds were comfy, and it was a spacious place. How easy it was to pick up the keys.

Negative: The microwave was very dirty (there was a leftover in it). The living room curtain was broken, so there was not much privacy. Everyone from the outside could see what was going on on the inside. We had to park in the guest parking lot, because no one left the parking pass in the apartment. The hallway Smelled like weed a lot.

Summary: It met my expectations, however it could be better if we could have some privacy!
