Positive: Fab four bed apartment, plenty of space for the five of us. The owners let us access the property early and were very welcoming. Just over the road from supermarket and shopping centre. Easy flat walk into the old town across the river.

Positive: Location was perfect. Right by the trams so easy access to all the sights of interest. Apartment had all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay. Hosts are very friendly and informative.

Negative: Place is a little tired and needs some updating/ maintenance. Living space not large enough for number of guests staying. Some have to sit in the kitchen as the only sofa isn't large enough.

Positive: Absolutely top marks all round for this wonderful apartment. From the start it was easy - the hosts kept regular contact and made every effort to accommodate us, even allowing us to arrive early. The apartment itself is spotless, with great facilities - four well-presented bedrooms, a comfortable living and kitchen area, and all the utensils you need to make meals yourself. It's right next to both a tramline and a major edge-of-city shopping mall, so you have everything you could need close by, and it's a short walk / tram ride to the centre. For those travelling by car, there's even secure parking, which makes everything so much easier. We couldn't be happier.

Negative: I can't think of anything - this apartment is pretty much perfect.

Negative: The stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms are very steep and you need to be in good shape to climb them several times a day. The TV was not working, no channels were shown.
