Positive: Superb facilities throughout! Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite - plenty of space with many nice home comforts, lovely area to sit outside in the evening and enjoy jacuzzi. Food is incredible!! Hot sprint springs pool is very well maintained, with many little luxuries. Erik (hotel manager) made our stay extra special! Thank you and we will definitely be back again ♥️

Positive: Wonderful exclusive spa atmosphere, outstanding breakfast, very relaxing.

Negative: The water temprature is higher than 40 celsius, it might be perfect in wintertime but for me, in October it was challenging The hotel is surrounded by fences and closed by 2 different gates that only staff can open. Every time we wanted to.leave, either for a hike or to go to a restaurant, we had to inform the reception and they brought a golf cart to escort us outside the gates. I think it's unsafe to be in a place where you are trapped in case of an emergency. A stream with magical natural pools is running through the property, yet for safety reasons it is surrounded by fences and the guests can hardly see or enjoy it.
