Positive: Breakfast was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious. The party program around Christmas Holidays was quite entertaining and a bonus for us as we did not expect anything like it. The property is almost fully renovated since the last time we were here. I personally liked the previous "style" better but this does not mean that the new looks are bad. Everything smelled like new.

Negative: The only minor complaint was that the sound of the restaurant was heard in the apartment, however the music stops at 23:00 so it wasn't a problem for us.

Summary: Pleasantly surprised and exceeded expectations.

Positive: I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spa area was amazing - super comfy and nice! The gentleman who checked us in and couple of lady's that were assisting the receptionist in the mornig buy providing towels etc were very friendly, and the girls in the breakfast area were great too - super friendly! However, the young lady at reception wasn't as welcoming, which was a bit of a shame. She wasn't mean but looked like she didn't like to be there. Looked a bit unhappy both mornings. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, and we had a big leak in the apartment on the second night, probably due to the rain. If they sort out the cleanliness, the leak, and the attitude of the reception, I'll definitely be back!

Positive: The room was excellent and large with a balcony overlooking the forest. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was an excellent choice.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were limited spa options. The pool water was cold, and there were steps to go the pool and the breakfast area.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel mainly.

Negative: I didnt like that the hotel seems not well maintained, also the team wasnt friendly enough, sauna wasnt with high enoght temperature.
