Positive: Probably one of the best cottages we have stayed in, everything seemed new and good quality. Bed was comfy, kitchen really well equipped brilliant coffee machine and the lounge was great. The decking outside with the hot tub and sauna was perfect well looked after didn't want to leave. Well done Louise 👏

Negative: Everything plus good dog walks on the doorstep.

Positive: This is an exceptional cottage in so many ways. If you are attempting the perfect getaway in leafy Sussex, then look no further. The location is sublime adjacent to a farm with early morning wildlife in abundance. The facilities are cutting edge, and one feels ones bones and muscles relax as soon as you cross the threshold. There is a conscious effort for the stay to be ecologically sound, reflected in the natural products as well as the log fired hot tub situated on a fantastic veranda with those wonderful wooded views. The hosts are generous with their time and really fun to meet, but discreet and justifiably proud of their cottage. I would say that you would find it difficult to find fault, from the electric charger in the car port to the espresso coffee machine to the sublimely comfy beds. It's a real treasure of a cottage.

Negative: Honestly, nothing. It was really perfect amd although I know tgexarea well and have stayed nearby in Horsham many times in the past, I cannot wait to return and stay at a different time of year to just watch the countryside changing around me!

Positive: The cottage was very well presented, clean, tidy and had everything we needed, even down to a snuggly dressing gown. It was a lovely place to stay and Louise could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Positive: Beautiful garden, peaceful and perfect for eating outdoors. The cottage was furnished and equipped to a high standard and although we only had contact through messages with the host, she was friendly and helpful.

Negative: There were 3 of us in the cottage, had there been more, only having one bathroom might have been an issue. Also, it was slightly inconvenient that the bathroom was downstairs.

Summary: Peaceful, well equipped cottage, reasonably priced, fabulous location, almost perfect.
