Summary: Very clean hotel and very friendly staff

Summary: I was relocated to Sovereign because my Expedia booking with Acacia was cancelled the day before arrival due to overbooking. I thought Sovereign would be a similar alternative but it was not. Only 2/5 days internet worked in my room with no effort to fix it. Showers did not have shampoo/soap in the dispensers. In one of the dinners, the rice served had clearly been left out for too long and was rancid. And I knew this before but I think hotels should have a basic gym.I don’t think I am returning.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has very nice, helpful staff and a great character. We only wish the pool wasn't under repair as that was a key reason we chose this hotel.

Summary: The hotel environment is pretty good for morning jog towards lake. Takes some time to have hot water in bath. Takes almost an hour to be served a meal at restaurant for dinner.
