This townhouse is 3 stories, with the main living space located on the second level and bedrooms on the third level.

We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with a free rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting.
Guest access
The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Plus, you have off-street parking for your convenience.
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the townhouse!
Please note: All guests must be 25 or older, except those accompanied by their parents.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Some of our favorite neighborhood restaurants: Hello Monty, Hi-Fi Clyde’s, Alleia, and STIR (the list could go on and on).
HOUSE RULES
-Quiet Hours 11pm-8am. If you are a night owl, this property is not for you.
-Please review all of check-in and check-out procedures.
-Maximum number of guests is 6. Do not bring more guests than are on your reservation or you will be asked to leave.
-No smoking of any kind, illegal substance, and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement. An $800 cleaning fine will be required for any kind of smoking in the property.
-No pets. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave and a $200 pet cleaning fee will be required. -No parties. If you plan to use this cabin to party, it is not the cabin for you. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be required at $100 per hour to clean after your party.
-Please follow check-out instructions. As our guests, we try to keep it simple and only ask that you put away anything you use, wash any dishes you use, take out excess trash, and start the dishwasher.
-No food in bedrooms.
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
-Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.
-Do not bring more guests than reflected on your reservation. All guests must be 25 or older, except those accompanied by their parents.
DEPARTURE
-Please put away anything you use while staying at the house.
-Take out excess trash.
-Remove all of your items from the fridge.
-Wash any dishes you used during your stay (you can leave them drying in the sink).
-Start the dishwasher just before leaving.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Owners, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Southside Story! Great communication from owners and easy check in. Convenient private off street parking. Location was perfect. Grocery, restaurants, shopping, attractions all within minutes. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable! There was some street noise but that was to be expected being in the downtown area. The owners provided sound machines in each bedroom. They literally thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were in Chattanooga to help out with child care while our daughter attended a conference at the Chattanoogan Hotel. We liked the proximity of this place. It worked well for our needs. Very clean.

Summary: We come to blue ridge every year and stay in a different cabin (just due to different group sizes, availability, etc) and this was by far my favorite! The view was AMAZING and even better than the pics. Despite this house looking pretty south of BR on the map, the trip into town was super super quick and painless. There was tons of seating and outdoor living space to relax in. The fire pit was easy to use and the s'more stuff left by the owners was a great touch. The property was spotless, as well. We cooked dinner in every night and all of the cookware was insanely helpful. The kitchen definitely had more "amenities" than i've ever had before in a rental. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were unreal!! The power was out when we got to the property (due to a storm it was out in most houses in the area) and the owners responded to my messages immediately and were super helpful. One tip: the road that apple maps wants you to take in and out is pretty scary. Our neighbor across the street let us know that if you turn left instead of right out of Cohutta Mtn Rd when leaving the property the apple maps will reroute and take you down a much safer path without adding on time to the trip. All in all, we loved this property and we do plan on returning in the future! you will not regret booking this property!!

Summary: Everything was exactly as stated in description. Location was everything! You must visit Mad Priest Coffee House on the corner. Pizza Bros is across the street and was delicious. We ate at Mean Mug Coffee House the 2nd day. Also a must. We went to Puckett’s and the Aquarium. Nothing was more than a short walk or short drive. Rooms smelled clean. We felt safe. would recommend!
