Positive: Spotless. Had everything a person would need for the beach. Great view and fairly easy beach access, although they are still repairing the sea wall from Hurricane Ian so there is some daytime construction. But it did not inhibit our enjoyment at all.

Negative: A lot of combination locks lol. Stairs are combination locked so we had to use the elevators and one day they were broken, so we had to find a maintenance person to let us into the stairwell as that was one combo we didn’t have.

Summary: Highly highly recommend. We will def be back.

Positive: We were visiting Ponce Inlet for a family wedding. Our bonus was staying in a very nicely furnished, updated condo right on the beach! Well organized kitchen. Comfy beds. Very clean. Welcoming.

Negative: It would be easier to have a shorter code for the front door.

Summary: Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The condo was impeccable. The cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We have stayed in this location often so we knew what to expect. The unit's beds were very comfortable as well.

Negative: The only think I am not a fan of is the location of the pool in this condo and the fact that they use keys instead of codes to get through gates because then you have to constantly have someone in the group running keys around.

Summary: Great stay! Will search for this unit again when we come to Ponce.
