Summary: The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was outstanding. They are just taking over this hotel and they’re doing an excellent job. I had a slight problem trying to figure out the TV. They came over to my room immediately and helped me resolve it and I had a nice quiet day, and my service dog was allowed. Will definitely stay again on my way back down to Florida.

Summary: Managers are amazing! Hotel is currently under renovations but our room was nice and cozy! Management was extremely helpful answering any and all of my questions from the hotel to the town as I am new to the area! Not sure how many rooms are actually available because of the renovating in progress but I would definitely recommend and I will be back if I need a room while in the area again!

Summary: Miss Jessica was lovely. She’s working real hard to make her Southerlodge a great place for travelers. Our room was super clean. The water pressure was amazing. We had a nice long, hot showers. We felt super safe and it was a perfect respite before our long drive. Highly recommend if you’re doing a northeast to Florida trip if you could make it to Townsend Georgia. I wish her nothing but best of luck.

Summary: Neighboring room was blaring music late at night and management did nothing about it after complaining. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
