Positive: Great location Warm comfortable bed Nice homely touches with the plants and soft furnishings . Very clean and tidy.

Negative: Cooking facilities was limited although we came prepared for a one pot dish. It was a cold night and the rooms were cold but the big comfy doona kept us warm. The fold out sofa was uncomfortable for our third member of our party.

Negative: Front steps were too high for safety reason as there needed to be a hand rail and there was not,.Hard to lock the front door. Shrubbery needed to be trimmed to allow to see and get access to driveway

Positive: Loved the location! Not too far from the city if you want to go in and explore, while being out of town in a country location that is opposite the beach. It was so nice to go to sleep to the sound of the ocean and to watch the sun come up over the water. Nothing quite like a beach walk to start the day.

Negative: Little things - I found the first step at the front door bordering on too high for me and I struggled to get up it. Probably just fine for you a younger person or someone fitter than I am. The main light in the kitchen/dining appeared to be blown, however, there was track lighting in the kitchen and two small lamps in the lounge room, so it was enough for mood lighting and to get by.
