Summary: Totaly enjoyed my stay the themed room I stayed in was amazing especially the cakes with the tea and coffee. Fresh milk and chilled water in a small fridge (no fiddly cartons). The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast hot or cold or both is wonderful with loads of choice. Its a short walk to Sothbourne beach zig zag or cliff lift to the loveley beach quieter than Bournemouth beach.

Summary: Excellent stay. Lovely and clean, very comfortable. Excellent choice of breakfast. Many thanks to Elizabeth & Noel. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. We also loved the homemade cake that was left in our room every day😊

Summary: A warm welcome every day. A huge choice of food for breakfast, ranging from many different cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries and then many choices of hot food. Good sized room, with small fridge and fresh milk to go with tea, coffee making facilities. Piece of fresh cake left in room each day. Easy parking.

Summary: This was the perfect getaway from the city. We slept good all 3 nights and enjoyed the relaxation. It was not "tipping down with rain" as you might expect in mid-October.

Summary: Annual family get together again was fab cos this place is just brilliant. Comfy rooms spacious and clean can’t complain

Summary: we stayed in room 6 which was large and at the top of the accommodation - lovely airy space with sofas and 2 TV's , excellent tea and coffee making and a mini fridge would definitely recommend a stay there- Noel and Elizabeth were very helpful and breakfast was delicious with many choices
