THIS HOUSE ONLY SLEEPS 2! We are 35 miles North of Moab and 30 miles north of Arches National Park. We are just 1 mile off of I-70 exit 187, which is the closest exit to the Moab exit #182. We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans.

Summary: Property was perfect for the two of us. The cabin was very clean and was well stocked. The only caution I would give was the A/C struggled to keep up on the days it was in the upper 80’s and 90’s. We did contact the owners so that are aware and are hopefully looking into correcting this issue. I would 100% stay here again as long as it was not in the heat of the summer. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while visiting the area!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. The host helped me with special requests for scented items to be removed. The area was pretty and quiet. You kind of feel like you're out in the country. They have fire pits which I think would be nice for a longer stay.

Summary: Very nice for a tiny home! Hot water was pretty limited and internet wasn't great. Just sitting in the middle of a gravel lot, nothing special, but we loved this as a cozy stop on our road trip through Utah!

Summary: Convenient location to Moab, canyon hikes and the national parks nearby. This place was perfect for me and my two dogs to go explore during the day and then come back to shower and pass out! Occasional train heard but otherwise quiet.
