The Off Center Condo is a beautiful luxury condo with everything you'll need to make your trip to Moab convenient and enjoyable. It's right downtown, only a block from the Visitor’s Center, restaurants, shopping, and everything else downtown Moab has to offer. We purchased it brand new and then carefully furnished and decorated it so you'll feel right at home. Check out our guest comments, we've had lots of happy guests so far!
This condo is on the second floor. It's perfect for a couple and can accommodate four people because it has a hide-a-bed couch. Comfortable leather furniture, Tiffany lamps, memory foam mattress, travertine shower, and high speed internet access make this a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Even on the busiest weekends it is a quiet retreat with a huge and beautifully xeriscaped backyard for your enjoyment. Off street parking in back can accommodate several cars, a jeep trailer, or a small motorhome or camper.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fully stocked pantry allow you to enjoy cooking a great meal; the downtown location means you can eat out whenever that suits you better. Fix your bike in the shade of our covered patio or light up the grill and lounge on the back yard deck when the day's activities are done.

Summary: This place is right in downtown Moab with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The place is very clean and well stocked. Kel is a great communicator and he left well detailed instructions. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we stayed longer.

Summary: We came here to do some offroading in our Jeep! We found this perfect spot which is in walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The condo has everything...views, backyard, and plenty of parking. We loved it and plan to come back!!

Summary: Located right in the heart of downtown, this apartment was well equipped and very clean. Comes with its own parking and a small yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a 6 yr old and a teen! Requires taking stairs as it’s located on first floor but wasn’t a problem for us.

Summary: Great hikes! Restaurants easily accessible and very good! We walked downtown. Only one bathroom and it is in the bedroom so if you really wanted 4 people ( pull out couch) it wouldn’t be very convenient. Only negative. Great location!

Summary: As others have said, the condo is a great place to stay whilst touring Moab. Everything you need!We are at 98 Center twice, great food and really friendly staff.If you want to mountain bike in Dead Horse the call Kenny at Bighorn bike rentals.

Summary: You'll do no better than Off Center on Main for a centrally located, clean property with a comfortable bed and excellent, responsive property management rented at a fair price. Best place in Moab! We are repeat customers for well over a decade now.

Summary: Great location for walking to restaurants in Moab and driving to hikes in the area. The condo was clean and had what we needed for when we wanted to make our own meals. The bed was comfortable and the heat worked well when we needed it for one day that was chilly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.

Summary: Booking: Easy, and great communication with the owner. Location: Pretty darn perfect. One block from downtown, so you're close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the noise on Main Street. Cleanliness: I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this property if obviously very well taken care of. Zero complaints on cleanliness. Kitchen: It's so nice to have a full, clean, well stocked pantry so you don't have to eat out every meal. And their pantry is awesome! Everything you need including a cooler for day trips, and tons of dishes, pots, pans etc. Bathroom: The beautiful shower was a welcome relief coming home every day after many adventures. Bedroom: Bed was very comfortable. Huge walk in closet for storage. Living room: Very nice, with lots of information and brochures about Moab. The owner is great at communicating. We really didn't need to check in too much with them during our stay, but it was nice to know that a local person was there to assist if needed. Parking: On site, easy. We didn't use the outdoor area too much as we were out from sun up to sun down every day, but it was very nice. Next time we stay we'll take advantage of the gas grill. There is another condo downstairs from this location. The building is very well constructed so we barely heard them at all. Overall, highly recomended!
