Summary: We had a brilliant stay at Southdown B&B, the bedroom is lovely and a really clean en-suite. The views are stunning out the window and the location is great. The hosts Helen and Brian were fab, really friendly and accommodating, and they cooked a top notch breakfast. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back in the future I’m sure. Thank you for having us!

Summary: Lovely cosy B and B the room was a good size, and en suite bathroom, the couple Brian and Helen were great, lovely people, friendly and informative, the breakfasts was fantastic omelette to die for all that you need for breakfast.

Summary: We stayed at Southdown B&B for 4 days in August 2021 as part of a touring holiday of Devon and Cornwall. From the moment we booked, communication from Helen and Brian was superb. From asking about any special dietary requirements, to sending us information about the local area, and recommending places to visit and to eat, they helped us get the best from our stay in the area. On arrival, they met us and welcomed us in to at their very pretty home. They had taken every Covid precaution, but still ensured our stay was welcoming and comfortable - even providing a small fridge outside our room. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food was fresh and delicious. The area is very pretty and we particularly enjoyed our day at the famous Clovelly village. Helen and Brian are consummate hosts, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends, or stay there again when we next visit the area.
