Summary: The home was beautiful and served all of our needs very well - the pool and hot tub were great and the porch is perfect for an outdoor dinner. Great location close to both a private beach on the lake and the public beach on the ocean, as well as several great golf courses nearby.

Summary: We had a last minute corporate retreat at this lovely Hamptons Home. In time to see the beautiful fall foliage starting, there is a nice partial view of the lake from the master bedroom balcony. Our large group was easily accommodated by the spacious rooms where each person had their own comfortable bed. The large living room with 4 couches made it easy to have our meetings in this open space. A few of us went to the beach, wine tasting and pumpkin picking all within a few minutes of the house which is only about 5 minutes from the Southampton village shops and restaurants. The kitchen has all new cookware and there is a large outdoor deck for everyone to enjoy dinner outside overlooking the pool. A quiet and peaceful setting to concentrate or vacation, I highly recommend the house and plan to select this place for our next Hamptons excursion in the spring.

Summary: We had a group of co-workers in the Hamptons for a work assignment, renting the house for a week. It was great for our purposes, with a wonderful location and a very peaceful setting. Ken the host was very responsive and went out of his way to help us have a successful stay.

Summary: This property is much more rustic than luxury but is very functional with many bedrooms and bathrooms. You must provide your own linens, bathroom towels are provided, not beach towels or beach supplies. The lake is beautiful and the small beach is a 1/2 mile walk. The house comes with a kayak and canoe but the dock needs some TLC. The owner is on-site and cleans/refills the pool each day. Our family enjoyed our stay, first time being all together in many months.
