This 7,000 sq ft masterpiece includes 6 bedrooms (all with full en-suite bathrooms with showers), 3 King Sized Beds among the 6 BR, 6.5 Bathrooms, a 20x40 heated gunite pool, an outdoor basketball court, a large gourmet kitchen outfitted with the latest appliances and two dishwashers, and five gas fireplaces. There is a Master BR and a Junior Master BR, each provided with a King Sized Bed. A third BR upstairs also offers a King Sized Bed. A gorgeous glass fence surrounds the perimeter of the pool area, marrying security for children with a luxurious appearance and feel. Movies / sports may be enjoyed on a 133” HD projector screen in the theatre or on the 65” flat panel in the Living Room. The interior decorations and finishes are tasteful and of the highest quality throughout the home. The majority of the toilets have heated seats. Located on a cul-de-sac, the home and surroundings are both private and quiet.
WiFi has been recently updated to be the latest, top of the line system to ensure multiple people in the home could concurrently zoom while maintaining crisp connections. A home office has been created in a unique private nook off the master bedroom.
A covered porch area provides an additional shady spot to relax. The outdoor gas grill has 6 burners and there is also a charcoal grill. A lovely dining room and a large outdoor table provide the option to enjoy a meal indoors or outdoors. One of the bedrooms can be delivered with a crib if desired. LG washer and dryer are located on both the ground and top levels. Summary: What an incredible home. The property was great for a family get together and the house was very perfect. It truly felt like a home and not like a "rental". The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and there was tons to do for the kids. We truly had an all around great stay and cannot recommend Daniel and his home enough. Almost as importantly, Daniel was so flexible with all of the scheduling issues that we had and went above and beyond to work with us... thank you again.

Summary: This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed and more and is in a perfect location in Southampton. You’re 5 mins from town, but it feels secluded and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!
