1 Bedroom Cottage in Oakdale

Spacious & quiet private guest cottage on Long Island's South Shore has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, open concept living area with kitchen, dining/living room & 2 'hidden' dedicated work stations, parking for one vehicle and can accommodate up to 4 people with additional sleeping on the couch and twin size air mattress. There is a small outdoor patio that is furnished with bbq and outdoor table & chairs during the warmer months.

The perfect place if you need to get some work done in a homey setting & central enough to discover all Long Island has to offer.

My husband and I live in the main house on the property, which was built in1920, and the cottage is toward the back. It has been recently renovated and was originally thought to be the carriage house but later converted into a two car garage with large workshop until we recently converted it into a guest cottage.

We give our guests space but are available when needed to answer any questions during your stay.

Summary: We loved our stay here. We actually wanted to move in. The cottage is clean and modern while still cozy and comfortable. Karen was great at responding and the cottage had everything you could need. She even left us snacks and water which was so thoughtful. Great place to stay and great location. I highly recommend this listing.
