Located across the bridge from Annapolis. This home is located in a beautiful water privileged neighborhood on the South River. 4 miles from USNA. 5 miles from Downtown Annapolis. Minutes from nearby restaurants and shopping. With a spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing bonfires, or projecting a movie. Guests rave about the cleanliness and close proximity to downtown Annapolis.

Elderly Family- First floor bedroom with first floor full bath- no stairs. Have kids?- we can provide anything you might need while away from home. First floor bedroom has a queen bed. A full bath and powder room on first floor. Laundry located on the first floor. No stairs to access first floor. Second floor: 2 bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and twin bed with newly renovated en-suite. Primary Master bedroom has a king suite, newly renovated master bathroom attached to a private deck.
Enjoy the entire yard, and parking. The back deck and patio are perfect places to relax by the fire pit. Located in a quiet waterfront community, this neighborhood is filled with friendly faces, sweet dogs, and offers a tranquil sense of privacy.
Stroller, video monitor and other baby/ toddler/ kids items. Adult Bikes and kids bikes. Scooters, electric and non electric. As well as a Projector, fishing poles, life size connect 4, corn hole, can jam, and sporting goods. Jetski.
The detached garage in the photos is occupied Monday through Thursday from 9AM-4PM with an IT business with 2 employees. They do not have access to the home, patio, or balcony. You might just run into each other in the driveway. They do not park in the driveway. There are NO interior cameras. Summary: Great place with so much history nearby in Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. We stayed with our nine year old grandson and our English bulldog. Our grandson was never bored, so many games to play, Pac Man and basketball, soccer, lawn jarts. Nice residential streets for long walks to the shore. Nina was a terrific host and we all had a great time and would definitely return again.

Summary: Nina was extremely helpful with our trip. The house is updated, very clean and exceptionally appointed with anything you need (down to the advil!) Nina left treats and coffee that helped our first morning tremendously. Our Midshipman was able to invited company mates for brunch and we had plenty of space. The house was even decorated tastefully for Christmas! Wonder host, wonder location, fabulous to visit USNA. Go Navy!
