Positive: Nicely decorated and clean. Also, the location was really good, as it was an easy walk to S. Congress St.

Negative: There was a box spring leaning against the wall in the bedroom. I notified the contact and was told it would be removed. It never was, even though we were there four nights. No dresser to place clothing, no hangers in the closet (they delivered some after I mentioned this). The apartment is for double occupancy however they offer only one towel and one hand towel. I was told I could purchase a towel from the “towel closet” if I wanted. Very odd.

Summary: Cute apartment and a good location, but a little strange.

Positive: It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The stay was equipped with everything we needed and very clean on arrival. It was a very comfortable room. It has on-site, off street parking, and it is walking or easily scooter distance to restaurants and shops.

Negative: It was on the 3rd story and the building itself looked like it could use some maintenance. There we fees that were added on to the final cost that were either not listed on the listing or hidden, making the much less a value for the money. We had issues getting in with the code provided but had a great troubleshooting individual help us through the helpline.
