Positive: Perfect location.

Negative: Check in guy must have been new. It took approx 15 min to be checked in and he had to call someone to walk him through his issues. Room was just mediocre. No heavy comforter on bed. Heat produced barely enough heat even with it being on 86 you had to be on top of the unit to feel it. Bathroom sink water took about 5 minutes to warm up. Had I been more familiar with the area I would have chosen a different place to stay.

Positive: We did not eat breakfast there, but the offerings were pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, and toast.

Negative: Basic room is very small. Things are a bit dated, but it is under new ownership, and they are planning to make changes.

Summary: Incredibly nice staff. Very accommodating.
