Summary: The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, it was clean and there was enough room for all of us. We were in town from Canada to spend the thanksgiving weekend with our family who came in from all corners of the US. Penny was extremely accommodating when our plans to have Thanksgiving dinner at another location fell through., she allowed us to hold it at the house and it worked out perfectly! We really enjoyed our time here.

Summary: Absolutely thrilled by our stay at the Avon property. The host went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as could be. The house was spotless, with plenty of space to relax and visit. The beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find, with a number of additional activities in the area. Would absolutely stay here again! 5-stars in every category!

Summary: I have stayed at a couple of Hans and Penny's properties in Avon, and they have both been great. Homes are well cared for and well stocked and hosts are very quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. We particularly loved this large property . The size of the yard was so great for our little dogs and us adults to stroll around. And nibbling sweet concord grapes from the grapevines at the back of the property was delicious. The location is on a busy street, but the house is set far back from the street so not a problem. And so convenient to all shopping and many restaurants. We will definitely be back as we try to come to Avon a couple times a year to visit family.
