Summary: This is a lovely, comfortable townhouse. The home is tastefully decorated and supplied with everything one could need for a week's stay. We loved the delightful patio with water burbling and adorable bird houses lined up under the orange trees. In February, we ate every meal outside. A grocery store, pharmacy, Trader Joe's, restaurants, Mission Hospital, etc. are all close by. Interstate I-5 is 10 minutes away. Beaches are a short drive away. Bruce was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return some day!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed to celebrate thanksgiving dinner with our family, even a turkey platter! Bruce made checking in easy and Wendy met us there and walked us through, answered all our questions. Will definitely come back in the future! Thanks Bruce and Wendy!

Summary: Bruce was a fantastic host for myself and my adult siblings as we stayed in CA to visit family in neighboring Rancho Mission Viejo. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable, and Bruce was very responsive to questions and communication in general. The image and "brochure" is completely true to form. The ability to park our car in a garage overnight was a great feature as well. I would highly suggest this VRBO for adults or families with older children for their next visit to Sunny California.

Summary: We cannot say enough positive things about the owner, Bruce, and his beautiful home in Ladera Ranch. The home itself is almost like a newly furnished model home, yet it was a warm and comfortable place to live in during our 2-week stay. Bruce had every detail covered, and was available by phone, text or email during our stay if we needed to contact him. This will for sure be our # 1 choice for all future trips to Ladera Ranch!
