Summary: Stayed with our 3 young kids for 6 nights (visiting local family) and enjoyed our stay! I would say the mattresses were very firm so I didn’t love that but it was clean and well maintained, quiet and the breakfast every morning was decent! The location was very central and had enough parking. I’m very picky about hotel cleanliness and I was satisfied, so that’s a win!

Summary: We enjoyed a 7-night stay at the Hampton while attending a graduation. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating although the housekeeping didn’t speak English and since we don’t speak Spanish, I had to go through the front desk whenever I needed something. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was available all day. Pool water was quite cold but you could use hot tub after 10 AM. My only complaint was our mattress. We stayed in a King Suite and I could feel the springs poking through. I mentioned this to the front desk but got no response. Luckily there was a sofa in the room which I made use of as a bed. Not ideal but it worked. The location was close to many restaurants and shopping, some within walking distance, but we rented a car and had no trouble driving - even managed the I5 freeway. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Summary: Great hotel with plenty close by. Spent the day at the San Juan Capistrano mission. Short drive here and we got a great price. Nice pool and decent breakfast. We will definitely be returning if we are in the area.

Summary: Nice clean modern hotel in Mission Viejo. Hampton Inn & Suites need to have more comfortable beds, always a little bit too firm. Pool area was nice. Nice staff. Ok breakfast .

Summary: Spent two nights and the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We would definately stay again. Breakfast is alway a great addition to the stay to get us going for the day.

Summary: We had 4 rooms at the hotel to gather for a wedding. We spent a little time one afternoon playing cards in the breakfast area so that we could all be together. I went up to ask the front desk a question. The manager said he was glad we were having a good time together but he thought we needed to quiet down. There wasn’t a single other person the the breakfast room or lobby. He said if he got a phone call it was too loud if we were laughing. We were having a good time but by no means were we being too loud. I would think you’d want your guests to be happy and have fun in your hotel. I was not impressed by this manager (wish I could remember his name) and I would hesitate to stay there again.
