Gorgeous and quiet part of the community in a golf course community with a golf course view! Easy access from the interstate. Easy access to shopping and to Saint Augustine for sight seeing and the beach is about 20 minutes away. Great for family vacations. This a two story home with another home available across the street for groups that cannot fit into one home. Grill is available for barbeque.
If you are legitimately coming to Jacksonville to enjoy a vacation we would love to have you. But if you are trying to book the home in order to have Club night then that is not allowed. We do monitor the premises with security and we will ask people to leave immediately and you will lose all the money that you paid for the booking. We are not going to tolerate parties.
No more than 4 vehicles parked at or near the home. If there more than five vehicles we will ask that guest to leave and the community may tow the vehicle.
No outside guests after 9:30 pm. If we notice that there are guests that are not part of the group we will ask them to leave.

Summary: The house itself is stunning. I'd say that is even better than the photos. There was plenty of space within the 3000plus square ft property. My issues are not with the property. I read the amenities list well before I came, even double checked it..The coffee pot on the property was not working and most of us expected to be able to have fresh brewed coffee in the morning, it's' a pretty basic appliance that is found in almost all rental situations. It wasn't working, so I reached out right away to the host who answered pretty quickly that we could use the one across the street, (which is apparently also his property) he gave us the code to get in. We retrieved that coffee pot and was able to make our cups of Joe. The next morning.... that coffee pot didn't work either. There was a coffee bean grinder mentioned in the amenities. I don't normally see this, so I was excited that they had one and that I wouldn't have to use mine. The was no grinder on site. The amenities also mentioned a blender, which we had absolutely planned on using, but there was also no blender....so we went out and BOUGHT one. My complaint isn't so much that they didn't have these things, it was moreso that they are listed as things that I would find on the property that were just not there. If there is no intentions of replacing these items, please do everyone a favor and remove them from the list. We did need to replenish our own paper towels and napkins ,as we did cook a lot.

Summary: The property was the perfect size for our family. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was very convenient to our wedding venue. Communication was good with the host. Unfortunately we could not ever get the coffee pot to work which was an issue for my 86 year old father who wanted his coffee in the morning.

Summary: Nice house on a golf course. All was good with some minor exceptions. The coffee pot was broken (wrong carafe) and we couldn’t get it to work. The owner did respond and provided a replacement. When we arrived, all of the garage cans were full and had not been put out for pickup. Probably not the owners fault. The owner did respond and it was emptied. One bedroom room (on the first floor) was a converted office/den. It had no bathroom. The user had to use the facilities in the other first floor bedroom.

Summary: We were in town for our son’s wedding at St. Johns Golf and Country Club. The house was super spacious and had more than enough room for the six of us. It was just a few minutes from the venue so it was very convenient. My only suggestion is to bring your own paper products. Some of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and there were no paper towels or extra trash bags.Besides that very minor inconvenience, everything else was great!

Summary: Our daughter and family moved to St. Augustine in June and we wanted a place to stay while helping them move in. This property was perfect! It was 2 miles from their new home and had plenty of space so we could keep the kids over for a few days while the unpacking process began. The golf community neighborhood was wonderful! The backyard faces the golf course, what a view! Communication with the owner was no problem, we needed to extend our stay for 2 nights, that was done with ease. Great value! We can't wait to stay there again when we come back to visit!!!
