About this space
Stylishly renovated home North of Middleburg and South of Orange Park Florida. 6+beds available for use to accommodate up to 9 people. One King bed, 2 twin beds, double bed, a pull out queen sofa bed, and air mattress. Peace and quiet just minutes away from the city yet still comfortable.
The home is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and main hospital (1/2-2+miles). There are creeks and lakes locally to fish, parks, and outdoor trails. Beaches approx. 45 mins.
The pet fee (minimum $85+tax per pet) $42.5+taxes per day per pet, $200+taxes a week, or $450+taxes a month. Only dogs are permitted. Only 1 pet allowed. Any more than 1 pet must be approved by host before booking. There is still an additional $85 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests. Additional Fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure. Pet rules are pretty standard: If left in the home without adult supervision the pet must be crated, all pets must be flea treated and well groomed, no pets on the furniture or bedding (you are welcome to bring sheets if needed to cover furniture), all pet related items inside and outside the home must be cleaned up before leaving, easy standard stuff:)

The entire home is yours to use during your private stay.
So many extras included with this home! The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters, filtered water and ice available from refrigerator and so much more.
The beds have highly rated mattress’s, higher thread count sheets, and pillows for your comfort.
The Washer and dryer are newer front loading units with quick wash/dry available, basic detergent and bleach available.
There is basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available if needed.
The Kitchen has all newer modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including: silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc.
The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax.
Approximately 1800 sq ft to use between the 1300 sq ft home and 500 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax on either the front or back porch.
Amazing Backyard with 4 ft chain link fence and a standard charcoal grill stored in the garage. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in garage to avoid smoke/heat damage.

Summary: The whole experience was great. Check in was simple and when we arrived a welcome gift was waiting for us. They checked with us at least once a day to see if everything was ok. We were attending a memorial for a special family friend so the location was perfect for us to visit with family and friends. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We wanted to be close to relatives to be able to do activities with them. This place allowed us to do that. It was a noisy street, especially on the weekends. Overall it had all the facilities of home which we enjoyed.

Summary: We visited for 2 nights for my son to compete in the Highland Games. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house but it was very comfortable and allowed us space to enjoy each other’s company, Christopher was very easy to talk to and quick to respond.

Summary: Our visit was nice. The property was a bit farther from the beach than expected (45-57 minutes), and although updated nicely on the inside, I feel it was slightly overpriced for what we got. It is an older property in an older neighborhood, on a VERY busy street. If you take a small breed dog beware because there are gaps under the fence for easy escape…mine got out twice but luckily I caught her before she headed to the front of the property. The hosts were very attentive. Overall a nice stay.

Summary: This house was perfect for five women! Chris and the VRBO staff were wonderful about keeping in touch and answered our emails immediately upon receiving them. The house was exactly as advertised, has a well stocked kitchen and fit our needs perfectly.

Summary: Clean and spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood and convenient location- near restaurants and grocery stores. Not too far from I-295. Neighborhood is safe- I went out for daily runs in the area. The fenced in yard was perfect for my two dogs. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom and plenty of blankets, towels and wash cloths. Also have access to the garage, which was handy. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Summary: A few notes about this property: I have a couple of rental properties in my hometown, and this property and presentation is what I would strive for if I were to list them on VRBO. There was nothing quirky about this property. We've stayed at some that had weird quirky things, and this place was the epitome of a normal home. There were some really nice touches - if we had forgotten anything, from Q-tips to K-Cups, it was all there. The kitchen was stocked with all of the gadgets anyone would need, including a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. I showed up in town a few hours early - fortunately, the property was ready. I messaged them and since it was ready I was able to go directly there. #Respensive #Flexible This property perfectly suited us - myself, my wife, our identical twin sons, my father, and our two doodles. It was a good place to stay, with plenty of room, everything we needed, and clean & comfortable. As usual, I get good results from VRBO, and this property was no exception.
