The south facing pool deck has plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas plus dining for 6. This home is located on a wide direct Gulf access canal on the Spreader waterway. There is cable TV available on the pool deck and a surround sound system to really make the most of outdoor living. There is also a gas fire pit and comfortable seating area down on the private dock for those cooler Winter evenings to sit around and enjoy. This home is ideal for guests seeking an upscale 'like-new' residence with relaxation high on the agenda and direct Gulf access for boating activities.
Villa Valinda is a direct gulf access waterfront pool home located on the upscale Spreader Waterway in SW Cape Coral. The home has been furnished to the very highest of standards to ensure the most comfortable of stays. The home features 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 Master suite, 1 Guest Bathroom). The floor plan is the very popular open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one huge space. On stepping through the front entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the light and spacious layout. The main living area has been comfortably furnished with soft leather sofas and a 60" cable TV for family enjoyment.
Overlooking the living area is the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and island. In addition to these areas, there is a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area, formal dining area and office area to complete the main open plan living space. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, 60" cable TV and private Master Bathroom. Summary: This property was the best stocked of any location I have ever stayed. Plenty of towels, spices, TV's you name it they really had it. We loved the location for having good access to anything we wanted to do. We could be on Pine Island in a few minutes, so many restaurants were close and very easy access and getting into Ft. Myers was just a straight drive. Here is a list of things to know about the property, but none of these should be taken as a negative just things to be aware of. The pool is on the smaller side but still fits the needs of having a pool. The screen cage being gone also lends itself to the pool having more stuff in it. The A/C struggles to keep up and the 2 family bedrooms can get fairly warm in the night so I would suggest having a fan. There is one fan provided in one of the rooms. Seating in the living area is a little bit limited so if you want a larger family to watch a movie some may have to be in the floor. I only had myself, wife and 8 year old so no problems for us. On the other hand the kitchen was stocked so well it was unbelievable. We like to cook so we brought plenty of spices with us but we would not have needed to because they had everything there. The appliances are also fantastic. Fell in love with the microwave, going to get the same one in my new kitchen remodel I'm about to do. Overall the stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. Any items listed are simply for information not to be taken negatively.

The property managers, Keely and Neil were so helpful and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some fun in the sun!

Summary: The home was perfect for us. Very comfortable & homey. We spent most of our time at the pool and fire pit areas. There were plenty of towels, glassware & dishes, and cleaning products. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Summary: A wonderful stay at a wonderful property. Better than pictures listed. Extremely clean and well-appointed with everything you could need. Location was great and everything worked in the house! Property management was great, even though we didn't need them for our stay, they were there in case we did. Great communication. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to rest of the Cape. Pool was perfect for adults and kids. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!
