The apartment of 45sqm is situated in the typical village of Villefranche-sur-mer, on the hill overlooking the famous Rade de Villefranche and the luxuous peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat . The view from the apartment and the almost 35 sqm terrace is just breathtaking ! Maybe one of the most beautiful of the Riviera. You will be able to enjoy relax on a deck chair in the sun all the day, as it is facing south. You do not have to worry about your car, as you can park free and safety down the apartment. No noise as well, as the place is located in a dead end road.
From the apartment, you will join the city-centre or the beach in 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car.
You will find a large living-room with sofa-bed, sharing space with an fully equipped American kitchen, all opened on the terrace. The bedroom is also open on the terrace and furnished with a queen-size bed (160/200). In the bathroom you will find an Italian-style shower ; toilets are detached for more commodity.
Completely new , everything is new, practical, modern and chosen tastefully.
You will find a big screen flat television, Wifi, there is as well a washing machine and a dish-washer, micro-wave oven, an induction cooker and all which is essential in a successful and peaceful stay.
Animals are accepted with prior agreement of the owner.

Summary: The view is simply stunning. We could have sat on this terrace all day, but charming Villefranche Old Town was also calling our name. Perfect size for a couple and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing, peaceful space to watch the boats in the harbor and recharge. Thanks Nathalie, Jean Paul and Axelle!

Summary: The property was immaculate and comfortably furnished. Ideal for a couple. There was plenty of room for storage...the under the bed storage is brilliant! Suitcases were out of the way and a great place for valuables when you're out. Lots of storage in the bathroom too. The patio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea was huge and a great extension to the living space for both meals and lounging.

Summary: The view is outstanding as the pictures show, but it’s also very comfortable and a restful place. Really liked having the dedicated parking just in front of the apartment. Can’t say enough and will come back and stay longer next time.

Summary: We spent 4 lovely days in Nathalies and Jean-Paul’s property. The appartment is very well equipped and the view over the bay is stunning. It has a big terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine. As the place is situated up the hill, a car is recommended. The kitchen is also well equipped, the only thing to put on wishing list, is an oven. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you for our stay, we hope to come back soon, Mikael et Susanna

Summary: The view was spectacular and the weather was always sunny. The people were friendly and kind. The apartment was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. A car is recommended but if you want to stay in shape the walking is manageable. We would highly recommend staying there.

Summary: We rented Jean-Paul and Natalie's stylish and comfortable apartment for two weeks. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. It felt private when inside or on the terrace. It looks just like the pictures except that the view is even better in real life! We were able to park our car safely just outside the house. Make sure you get directions if arriving by car or taxi as the house is off the chemin. We walked to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu-sur-Mer more or less on alternate days - the walk down is fine but the walk back up is steep with steps and a hill. Would I stay again? Without a doubt! Thanks very much to our friendly hosts...
