Positive: Good location, not far from the city centre on a quiet street. The room is quite spacious with all the necessary amenities. The hosts are a very friendly elderly couple, ready to help you and fulfill any request. On my last morning they served me traditional breakfast. Only positive impressions.

Positive: The room is big enough, bed is comfortable and quiet during the night. It fits the purpose of shower and sleep. Owners are nice and kind.

Negative: No mosquitoes prevention, just an almost empty spray can. No shower gel available, you have to bring your own, even for a day, and as a traveler that's what you need to carry... No private balcony, it's just an outside hall connecting other rooms/spaces. The balcony would have been at the entrance 🤨, but you have to pass the hallway and kinda of a living room. Natural light is poor due to the room across the window. Paint on the walls is exfoliating, smell of naphthalene in the room, the presence of it in the closet, even the towel needs fresh air for more that 2 days to get fresh, because you find it in the closet. Asking for a fresh towel doesn't help because they are all kept that way. Presence of cats should be mentioned in the posts.

Positive: A clean and comfortable room with everything I needed. The host was very kind and welcoming — they even let me use the washing machine, which was very helpful. I had a great stay and would love to come back again! The location was great.

Negative: There was an issue with the bathroom tap — the water flow was extremely weak, almost not coming out at all. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Positive: Very good place to stay in Bambalapitiya..around 500meter to the beach and railway station..it is a very good place to watch the costal railways of colombo..and the host Dr Souza was very friendly and helpful..i recommend this stay

Positive: We enjoyed the stay from the beginning with friendly owners ready to help and a nice room with all the necessary attributes: cozy lighting, comfy bed, working place, fast 50Mbit wifi, kettle, air conditioner and a great spacious shower room with hot water. There were also a hair drier and a modern washing machine. Location was also good, close to cafees restaurants, and touristic attractions. And on the top of that the price was great.

Negative: There were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

Summary: Cozy affordable place with all what you need.
