Positive: Definitely a home away from home! I loved the spacious living room with its large windows overlooking the sea — absolutely breathtaking. The place was cozy, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. I’ll definitely book again when I come back to Sri Lanka!

Negative: I hope they will have a rice cooker next time. The gas range wasn’t working, but they provided an alternative electric cooker, which was helpful.

Positive: The apartment has exceptional view. It’s close to restaurants and supermarkets (walking distance) It has everything you need from cooking to cleaning, AC, TV, hot/cold water, comfortable bed, multiple balconies, walking distance to the beach (although not for swimming/ but also close to other swimming areas). The building has a private pool, which is nice and clean and you can swim there. The owners are very helpful and ready to help. We stayed there for two weeks and everything was nice. There is a train station nearby (it didn’t bother us much). The area is pretty safe, quiet and walkable.

Positive: We extremely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and the location is ideal as there are many shops & restaurants close by. All the basic cutlery, crockery, pots/pans were available. The hosts were accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. The Apartment facilities were fantastic, they even have a pool and a gym on the roof which exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be booking with them again!

Negative: It would be nice to have a microwave for convenience & maybe a toaster? The curtains in both the room & hall are quite sheer so it can be slightly hot at times, also the sunlight does come in contact with the Tv during the day. I’d suggest a second layer to block the light/heat? However this is a minor detail. Always room for improvement but I can highly recommend that this is a great spot and completely value for money! :)

Positive: Fantastic Apartment with Great Amenities and Views I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, large, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, checking in to ensure we were comfortable. The view from the apartment was amazing, and the location was extremely convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The car park close to the apartment, along with lift access, made it very easy to bring up our luggage. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—highly recommended!

Positive: Breakfast is not offered here.Location is fantastic with many restaurants close by and beautiful sea view.

Negative: Smart TV, we had to ask the owner to come and help us with the start of it.Infact, Rodgar the owner and his wife were super helpful in everything. There wasn't a microwave in the apartment and availability of a microwave would have been useful.

Summary: Very good for shortstays, with beautiful sea views and helpful owners and security person.
