Summary: So wanted to come here to stop in the Ice Hotel. Slept really well! On arrival they took you through the procedure for sleeping in the Ice room. The sleeping bags were very warm and due to my thermals I was very earm and comfortable. Theres places to sit if you needed to to come back in and warm up. Spar is great, breakfast good, lots of choice. If you dont have a car I do recommend booking the hotel shuttle. 500 nok one way and 25 mins to the airport. I only stopped one night. Will definately be coming back again but for longer. This was at the end of a two week trip around Norway Highly recommend! L

Summary: The igloo hotel was amazing! Can't say enough good things about this place. The artistry was amazing. The staff was so nice. They went out of their way to help us multiple times. They even came to tell everyone the northern lights were out. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Summary: The snow/ice hotel looks like it was constructed in a hurry and not many ice carvings, compared to others in Scandinavia. There were many spots on the ceilings that looked like water had entered and different colors. Small details but not worthy of the price charged. The main hotel facilities are fantastic and the staff was great!

Summary: The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. The amenities in the resort were fantastic. Breakfast selection was phenomenal. The Ice Igloo was surprisingly comfortable to sleep in - a once in a lifetime experience and worth it.

Summary: Awesome experience! Slept in the ice hotel for two nights and it was some of the best sleep I've had. If I had one criticism, it would be the lack of info on the website explaining how it all works (i.e. you don't get to leave any of your things in the room because they run tours during the day). Small thing though and well worth the expense and travel to do it.

Summary: It may not come as a surprise that sleeping in an igloo is not overly comfortable. I loved the overall experience, and the ice art is incredible. That said, it was much more comfortable to sleep in the lodge and just visit the ice hotel to admire the art. The staff is super helpful, friendly and sweetly authentic. This is one place that still has soul, does not feel like a corporation.
