Positive: I rate 7 because of the heating (we where there from 30Oct to 1st Nov), the location was more remote (we knew is more remote, but didn't expect to be only us in that area), breakfast was OK (the host provided everything we requested), and because the mold started to be visible in the rooms. The PROS: The view was absolutely beautiful – it was the main reason we chose this location in the first place, and it didn’t disappoint! The beds were very comfortable. Parking was available, which was great, though it might be a bit tricky if you have a larger car (we had a Ford Focus and managed fine). There are a few stairs to climb to reach the apartment, but for us, that wasn’t an issue.

Negative: The heating system only works through the AC unit, which can only be turned on when the key is inside the apartment. This means it wasn’t possible to program the heating to start before our arrival, so the apartment was a bit cold for the first 30 minutes each day. It would be ideal to have the option to keep the heating on during the day to maintain a steady temperature. During the night, we’re not used to sleeping with the AC running, so it did get a bit cold after some time. Also, since the building itself isn’t heated, there are some signs of mold starting to appear, which might become a bigger issue in the future

Positive: Lots of nice touches like milk, bread and snack left out. Fulvio the host was extremely helpful to us in showing us how to get around. Fabulous view from balcony very spacious. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Highly recommend.

Negative: It was a little awkward without a car, you have to get buses, but that was all.

Summary: Fabulous villa, very spacious and excellent host.

Positive: This lovely property is perched on the hills. very serene, beautiful sunsets and overlooking the sea. We slept very well under the cool weather in December. Fulvio is a very responsive host. He looks out for us and is very caring. I encountered a flat tyre in my rental car and thankfully, Fulvio helped us to get assistance from the Roadside assistance. The support we obtained from Fulvio was exceptional!

Positive: We loved everything about this place! I had high hopes but it exceeded my expectations by far. The location is amazing, the place is quiet and we slept like babies. The whole apartment was super clean. And last but not least, our host couldn’t be kinder! Always with a smile and keen to help. I cannot recommend this place enough and I sure hope to be back sooner than later. Thank you for the incredible stay!
