Positive: Incredibly beautiful location with very clean and cute rooms/facilities. There were plenty of kitchen utensils for us to use for cooking, the wifi was strong, and the beds very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend - if I can afford to return to Skye in the future, I will absolutely try to book this same place again.

Negative: N/A. Everything was exceptional!

Summary: Idyllic, cosy, and clean! A gorgeous location with perfect rooms/utilities.

Positive: Location. Bedding set up - a twin and a double. Available when we booked 2 months out.

Negative: 3 things 1) Lack of drying ability for towels. Could really have done with an electric towel rail. Ended up with damp towels hanging off wardrobe handles in bedrooms. Felt rather makeshift. 2)Also - could do with a washer dryer rather than just a washer. We knew this in advance - but it still was a pain after we did a wash. Nowhere to dry clothes. Too rainy outside (and no clothes rail anyway). Had to use main room - so it felt like a Chinese laundry with drying clothes hanging around. 3) Furnitire layout. Table in kitchen felt really weird - depressing place to eat with no views. We moved the table into living room under big window. Moved coffee table to I front of tv. And put the cabinet and the bins into the kitchen. That was a far more pleasant layout for a group of two couples.

Summary: Okay stay. Covered the bases Not advertised as anything special and that is how it felt

Positive: Location was amazing!! Loves have a little Oasis to return to after a long day of wandering around the island.

Negative: Shower pressure and controls need to be fixed. Went from warm, to scalding and then back to freezing cold with no notice.

Positive: The location and the views were STUNNING. Perfect location for Kilt Rock, Old Man of Storr, Quiraing and The Brother's Point. The listing doesn't properly list the fact that it's literally on the bay with incredible views of Staffin Bay, with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset from the living room! The kitchen is set up well to cook meals (although it's an electric cooktop) with lots of pots and pans, decent fridge. Comfy couches and cozy living room for drinking and cards. Washing machine and air dryer is good for doing laundry on a road trip.

Negative: I've seen lots of comments about the bathroom taps and they are true, might be hard to use if you have arthritis, carpal tunnel or similar. The bedroom and bathroom has a tiny bit of black mould but I suspect that's fairly common in this part of the world.
