Summary: This comfortable apartment is perfectly located with easy walking access to the harbour, downtown, and a wide variety of restaurants. While it is in the heart of a very active entertainment district its 4th floor location and deck are quiet and private. The owner provided personal check in service which was unexpected but appreciated.

Summary: This property is in Viaduct Harbour. It is very close to everything including the grocery store, restaurants, and many activities. The live music during the weekends did not bother us. We actually enjoyed the free music while having wine on the balcony. The property manager responds to every question and inquiries quickly. We will reserve this property again when we return to Auckland.
