This home boasts mid century charm, with a spacious walled in backyard perfect for pets or kids to play around in safely. The home is close to the college and the larger hospitals in town, as well as the river path.

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

Summary: Home was clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the laundry. Handy man and manager were easily accessible and provided prompt service. Disappointed in breakdown of washer and inability to fix in a timely manner plus living room furniture was not very comfortable. Really missed having a dishwasher. I’ll remember that next time.

Summary: the place was adequate. blue bedroom bed better than other which was noisy and uncomfortable.Towels were dingy and some were actually dirty.back door was unlocked when we arrived.linked 'guide' was empty.seemed to be run by a bot rather than a person that cared; a little effort will go a long way in making this place way better

Summary: A perfect place to relax. Beds and furniture were comfortable, clean and simple. We especially liked the back yard, with Adirondack chairs, shade trees and a firepit. Thanks for providing wood, too! We could have used a couple more coffee mugs, and plates small enough to fit the microwave. But all in all, a really great stay. My dog was able to make friends with the neighbor dogs through the fence. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking our dog, day time or night time.

Summary: The address number listed for the street was wrong. We had to call the manager to clarify where the house was. Also AC vent by the laundry room let in cold air day and night. My husband had to gerry-rig a way to block it so the house could retain heat.
