Summary: The property was picture perfect. The main living areas and pool deck are hard to beat and great for entertaining. Great for 2 family’s. We had 3 adult couples and one room was not as nice as others and split the hallway bathroom.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this property. All of the amenities were perfect and it was an amazing place to spend our girls getaway. It was easy to access and very close to amenities although when sitting by the pool it was so peaceful and quiet we felt as if we were in the country (which is a good thing!). Highly recommend this property for friends, couples or families.

Summary: It felt like home - just a lot better! Property is beautiful with incredible views in all directions. We enjoyed the pool every day and the house was stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. The drive up to the house is steep, but worth it! Phyllis, the property manager, was awesome - so responsive, kind and helpful before and during our stay. We hated to leave and know that we’ll be returning for a longer stay next time!

Summary: The Patch Hill House was the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway. The house was impeccable and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed (and much more.) Spacious and SO comfortable, we had more than enough room for our group to do things together - like afternoon pool time or sipping wine by the fire pit - and also have our own areas when we wanted a little more privacy. Absolutely loved this house, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Phyllis and team!

Summary: Hilltop haven with everything. Only thing I'd change is for the kitchen to have a supply of spices beyond salt and pepper. We loved the place. Such a fine stay!
