The impressive hillside location offers plenty of sunshine and a fascinating view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is a typical Italian village bar with ice cream, cappuccino, prosecco and small snacks at the entrance to the lakeside road. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs.
The Raphael apartment is located in an apartment building on a hillside with several apartments and a bar on the first floor. The entrance to the staircase is on the street side and a staircase leads down to your apartment. You enter directly into the bright and light-flooded living area with dining table and living area and balcony with magnificent lake and mountain panorama.
On the mountain side is a guest WC with washbasin, WC and washing machine, as well as a small separate kitchen.
To the side is the master bedroom with a double bed facing the lake. Let the sun wake you up in the morning with a fantastic view of the lake.
