Positive: Very comfortable big room, with AC, a desk, fridge, daily coffee included, and friendly staff. The room had a back door heading directly to the swimming pool area, which was a nice touch. Location is great as there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby (10min walk). The area is quiet too. It was a good value for the price. I would stay here again.
Negative: Perhaps just ventilation in the room could be improved, with Miami being very humid, the first sensation when coming into the room is a bit of damp smell, but nothing that would be a deal breaker since you can also open the back door to let some fresh air in.
Summary: Very comfortable big room, with AC, a desk, fridge, daily coffee included, and friendly staff.

Positive: The staff was exceptional 👏🏾. The facility was clean overall. I had a room facing the courtyard and pool. The view was great.
Negative: I didnt like that there was dog poop in my room. I had to change rooms twice. This was an inconvenience considering I had been out all day and came back super late.

Positive: Night front desk employee (Sergio C.) was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job.
Negative: Free Coffee not available during morning hours in the lobby or most of the day, especially after 4 in the evening. I am guessing coffee was not available because you had to purchase your breakfast and they had Starbucks coffee for sale. The pool closed at approximately 8:30 pm or dusk, but it was still daylight. The shower curtain and design of the shower allowed water for keep the bathroom floor wet. I reported 2 items for maintenance and neither of them were done during our stay.
Summary: Location, front desk staff, and housekeeping were the best part of the hotel stay for me.
