Summary: Hard beds, very uncomfortable. No microwave. Could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floors and the sink.

Summary: The whole hotel is outdated needs to be renovated and i’m seriously disapointed from hotels.com because i wanted an early check out my and the hotel staff told me that they will only deducte the 1 night stay and the rest 3 nights will be refunded but because i reserved by a third party they wanted hotel.com approval which i chated with an agent and she couldn’t help me so i was stucked in a hotel that i didn’t like i’m just windering if you cannot help a Gold tier member that i am who could you help soooo disapointed never again gonna reserve by you guys

Summary: For a non smoking hotel. It wasn’t policed very well. On arriving in room there was a lingering smell of tobacco smoke. Initially I thought it was from a previous occupant so opened window to freshen up the room. It persisted. A few nights in it got really bad and wasn’t an option to keep the window open as Miami was going through its coldest period in 16 years. Then I realised the smoke was coming from the adjoining room with one night woken at 3am with an irritated throat from the pervasive smoke and smell that was coming through the adjoining room door. I went and complained to reception the following morning but nothing was done about it. I had to resort to putting damp towels under the door and taping up all around the door seam. The adjoining room had a permanent do not disturb on the door all week, I assume to stop housekeeping from finding out they were flouting the rules. Not impressed that nothing was done after complaint made to reception.

Summary: House cleaning staff was terrific very polite, The room I stayed in needed renovations. I took a cold to Luke warm shower at night and also the next day. Fitness center was like a membership like facility.
